 Summer Indoor Registration
Registration is open through May 15th online for the Summer Indoor Soccer Tots and U6 and above Summer Indoor
Walk Up Registration at the RYSA Indoor Soccer Building - Thursday May 15th - 6-8pm
 
U6 & U8 - $40.00
U10 and above - $50.00
Registration Fee for U6 and above Summer Indoor includes a T-Shirt and a pair of soccer socks. U6 & U8 players will receive a participation award at the final game.
 
Soccer Tots - $60.00
Registration Fee for Soccer Tots includes a shirt, participation award at the end of the season and Pizza Party. Players must have a birthdate between 8/1/03 and 7/31/04 to play in this program.
 
RYSA Select and Academy Tryouts Dates
Registration for tryouts will be held in the indoor building by the garage door. Registration will open 30 minutes before tryout time.
U10 - U13 Boys and Girls
Tuesday 5/27 & Wednesday 5/28
6pm - 7:30pm
U10 - U13 teams will be posted on the website by 12pm on 5/30/08
Thursday June 12th - 6:30pm - Signing Pizza Party - every U10 - U13 player that makes a team will need to attend this party for registration and uniforms.
U14 & U15 Boys and Girls
Monday 6/9 & Tuesday 6/10
6pm - 7:15pm
U14 & U15 teams will be posted on the website by 12pm on 6/13/08
Wednesday June 25th - 6:30pm - Signing Pizza Party - every U14 & U15 player that makes a team will need to attend this party for registration and uniforms.
U16, U17, U18 & U19 Boys and Girls
Monday 6/9 & Tuesday 6/10
7:30pm - 8:45pm
U16 & above teams will be posted on the website by 12pm on 6/13/08
Wednesday June 25th - 6:30pm - Signing  Pizza Party - every U16 & above player that makes a team will need to attend this party for registration and uniforms.
Preseason Team Training for all players that make a Select/Academy Team will be mandatory.

RYSA Names New Director of Coaching
Matty Kirk
RYSA is pleased to announce Matty Kirk as the DOC of RYSA starting immediately. The applicants were numerous and from all over the United States but the RYSA Board of Directors decided that Matty Kirk was by far the best candidate for the job. Matty has been a staff coach with RYSA since June of 2005. Before finding his coaching home at RYSA, Matty was most recently with the Warrior Soccer Association in Austin, Texas. Matty was a staff coach there and also worked with the ODP program in South Texas. Before Texas, Matty was with CASL in Raleigh, NC. At CASL, Matty was over the U9/U10 Academy training program. Matty also won a Southern Regional Championship with his U14 boys and missed having a US Youth Soccer National Championship Trophy by PK’s. Matty is also an accomplished player. He is proud of his Clemson roots, where he played from 1990-1993 as a student athlete. Matty also played professionally in the USISL and A Leagues from 1991-1997 for the Columbia Heat, Hampton Roads Mariners and the South Carolina Shamrocks. Matty is ready to get started as the DOC and feels like he has been groomed just right to fill this position.

Johnny's is a proud sponsor of RYSA and they are offering all teams discounts for their end of the season parties.
Chick-Fil-A will be dropping 200 Mini cows with parachutes on them out of a helicopter on and around Independence Field around 12 noon on May 17th.  Each cow will have a small gift from Chick-fil-a.  On one of the cows there will be a golden ticket and that person will win a $50 gift card to Chick-fil-a.  On two cows there will be silver and bronze ticket.  The prize for both of those will be a $25 gift card for Chick-fil-a.  One cow per child.  Chick-Fil-A will also be selling Food at the fields on that day.
