Super Y Coaching Staff

Each Georgia Revolution Super Y team will be assigned two coaches, both a head coach and an assistant. Please find below the current lst of head coaches for the 2014 Georgia Revolution Super Y Program. Assistant coaches will be added shortly. We are currently talking to many of the best club, high school and college coaches in the area to fill these spots.

U12 Boys Sam Walker RYSA Revolution
Samuel Walker currently works at RYSA as the Head Coach of U11 and U10, with extensive experience at the college, club and youth level in the United States and England, United Kingdom. Prior to RYSA Sam recently served as a Student Assistant Coach at Young Harris College where he was involved with game-day preparation, practice set ups, assisant coaching and travel. In 2012, the Mountain Lions recorded 12 wins and advanced to the semi-final round.  Before coming to the United States, Walker participated in several soccer programs as a coach and player. In 2006-2008, Walker coached the Harlow Town Youth Under 10's. Throughout 2007-2012, he coached at the Brazilian Soccer Schools and Child UK programs. While growing up, captaining his high school and college soccer teams in England, Walker played soccer for Saffron Walden, Harlow College, Bishop Stortord Youth, and various club teams. 

Walker attended Young Harris College for three years, while earning his Bachelors degree in Theatre. Prior to student coaching, he played 3 consecutive years for the Young Harris Mountain Lions on a college scholarship, after transferring from Marshall Town Community College in 2009. In 2008, he completed his BTECH National Diploma in Sport/Sports Management at Harlow College in the UK. Sam has completed many coaching courses including one at David Beckham's academy in Greenwich, England. He currently holds a FA level 1 coaching badge, and a national D license in the States.

 

U13 Boys Sean Howe Inter Atlanta
Sean has coaching experience at all levels having coached College, Club, and High school. At present he coaches the Inter Atlanta FC's U16 Boys Elite, U10 Boys Elite, and U8 Academy Elite. Sean is also the Boy's Technical Director at Inter Atlanta. Originally from Portsmouth, England he moved to the States in 2007. Sean played college soccer at Georgia Southwestern State. He has his FA level 1 and 2 badge and a USSF C lisence.

 

U14 Boys Dusty Fouser RYSA Revolution
Dusty Fouser has coached at RYSA since 2008 and currently coaches the 01 boys Classic I and 99 boys select Classic I teams.  He played college soccer for the DII power house, The University of West Florida, where he helped lead them to the Final Four in 2006 and a #3 national ranking his junior and senior year.  He continued playing after college in the PDL for the Panama City Pirates(2008) and the Georgia Revolution (2011) where he served as team captain.  Dusty is currently the Select Director at RYSA and he holds a USSF National B license.

 

U15 Boys Dusty Fouser RYSA Revolution

Super 20 Men Bruce Wade NASA/Walton HS
Played high school and college soccer in Illinois. Played at Western Illinois University for four years and professionally in the EISL for two years. Holds a USSF "A", NSCAA Premier Badge, and a National Youth License. Coached in Columbus, GA for 9 years in club and high school (Shaw HS) which made it to the state semi-finals two years in a row. Went to Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa for a year and then returned to Georgia to coach at Walton HS. 6 years coaching in the GA ODP program for boys and girls.

 

U13 Girls Scott Redding RYSA Revolution/Oxford College
Scott Redding has served as the Assistant Coach for Emory Oxford Soccer since the Fall 2012. Redding played Division 1 soccer for four years at Wofford College. While there the Wofford Men's Soccer Team won the Southern Conference regular season and tournament championships in 2009, earning an appearance in the NCAA Division 1 Men's Soccer Tournament. Has held several head coaching positions at the club level. Redding is currently pursuing a Masters in Sports Administration at Georgia State University while competing in the NPSL for the Georgia Revolution.

 

U15 Girls Harry Kustick RYSA Revolution
Kustick played soccer at perennial high school power Briarcliff, was a state champion in 1972, and played college soccer at Georgia State University.

He holds both USSF and NSCAA licenses including an Advanced National License from the NSCAA.  Has over 200 victories at the high school level. He was named G.A.C.A. State Coach of the Year in 1997, twice named G.A.C.A. Region Coach of the Year, twice named a Journal Constitution Area Coach of the Year and a State Senior All-Star team coach 3 times. 

Harry’s RYSA Revolution girls select sides have earned promotion 4 of the last 5 years. He was named the RYSA Coach of the Year in 2012. Kustick has led woman’s club programs at Georgia State University and Georgia Tech. He currently coaches the Georgia Revolution of the Woman’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL).  He took the Georgia Revolution to the Southeast Conference Championship match in their inaugural season and finished second in conference play in year two.

 

U17 Girls Ashlynne Bass CFC Chiefs/Loganville HS
Ashlynne played club soccer for GSA Gwinnett Soccer Association during middle school and high school. Received a soccer scholarship to Clemson University and played all four years. Currently coaches for CFC Chiefs Futbol Club, Loganville High School Varsity Girls Soccer, train individuals, Archer Rec Soccer U4 and I also coach at three different after school programs. Currently plays for the Georgia Revolution Women's Soccer team. This summer will be her second season with the women's program.

 

U17 Girls Colin Wilson RYSA Revolution

Entering his third season as assistant coach with the Georgia Revolution WPSL team, Colin helped lead them to the 2012 Southeast Conference Championship where they lost to The National Champion Gulf Coast Texans. Colin has coached four years at Rockdale Youth Soccer Association, where he has coached and assisted all levels of the program, including recreational, pre-academy, junior academy, academy, and select for both boys and girls. Colin is currently the Director of the RYSA Mini Revs program. Colin currently holds the NSCAA Future Coaches License, as well as USSF National C and Youth Licenses, along with being a member of the Georgia Soccer Officials Association.
